1. Berth charge is collected for the whole period of a vessel's berthage
whether or not cargo handling operations had been carried out. It is paid by the Customer-
Shipowner, or by the Customer-Charterer.
2. Tariffs for giving a berthing line include services of line handlers
for berthing and de-berthing.
3. When calculating, a vessel's berthing of less than 30 minutes should be taken as half an hour ,
over 30 minutes - as an hour.
4. The berthage length is defined as the following
: maximum length of the vessel (Industry-wide classifier of vessels, Record book
) plus 10 meters of minimal safe distance between vessels along the berthing line
during 1-hull berthage (cl. 94 "Common Rules of Navigation and Berthing in the Seaports of the Russian Federation and their Approaches", approved by the Ministry of Transport order dated 20.08.2009 №140
